A new approach to a household favourite, this bold and bright Sour Wheat Ale was aged in French oak foeders with Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. Our new take on Pomona was then conditioned on a blend of local raspberries and rhubarb. Juicy, tart, and refreshing.
